When President Trump had the disease he was given 50,000 IUs daily for the 3 days he was hospitalized. So vitamin D3 is both a prevention and a cure. Why are dark-skinned folks and convalescents dying at such a high rate/ The are vitamin D deficient just as the autopsies of those dying from covid19 are showing to be the case.
