WHO SHOULD HAE STOPPED AND RESTRICTED ALL TRAVEL OUT OF CHINA BACK IN JANUARY..
( Taiwan almost the only None-WHO Member did this very thing and beat covid after just a few months WITHOUT A LOCKDOWN)
