There is no question about your intent, when you addressed this subject of historical black colleges. It has to be some oversight to make sure that these institutions start working for the benefit of the black community. The two Dynamics of placating black students for one, and Mis-Education black students for the other. These ongoing consistent policy must be eradicated from these institutions. Black fraternities black sorority need to be examined for what they are and how they have been utilized to this point. My opinion they should be banned!
