Negotiations for a new federal stimulus package remain underway, but Colorado officials are taking some action now, with Gov. Jared Polis on Wednesday announcing a one-time $375 payment to about 435,000 Coloradans impacted financially by the pandemic.

  1. A good friend of mine owns a chain of convenience/gas stations, around the greater Denver area. He cannot find people to work for a wage that is greater that minimum wage. He has advertised, put Help Wanted signs in every store and on-line. But no takers….why? because the Government pays them more than they can earn at a job.  I just love it…..Polis gives our hard earned tax money away to people that could work, if they wanted.  As for the comments made herein, concerning Polis’s sexual preference, I would never depend on a person that makes bad life decisions and defies God.

  2. Democrats have failed Colorado. Why we have states so we don’t have federal involvement from Washington. Such hypocrites prepare to lose on election day

  3. This is an outright insult to the people of Colorado. $375.00 is not worth my job being ripped out from under my feet by this politically motivated virus. I’ll be donating the money to the Donald Trump campaign.
