You guys should take some autoflowering cannabis genes/cab 13 tomato genes and somehow someway stick them into any flowering crop, algae, or maybe trees. This would hopefully allow the specimen to grow under 24 hours of light with no stress meaning faster and larger crops that are far more efficient in most ways.
You could easily combine that with advanced lighting and power generation to help ease world hunger. (or Army hunger nom)
Use underground facilities that are automated to produce more food than you need.
Or you could produce seed bomb units extremely fast to use for patching jungle or say melt permafrost.
But check it out as you guys know Australia and for all I know the USA has a method to synthesise graphene from gum trees or eucalyptus trees.
USA needs shitloads of cheap graphene for pretty much everything.
So you take your Autoflowering/cab 13 genes and put them into the gum tree.
Now you have a graphene extract bearing tree that grows under up to 24 hours of light meaning continuous growth and maybe even a higher yield if you can manage that too.
